Camping Central New York

Gouache painting of camping. Pete likes to do breakfast in the morning. Here he is acting like he belongs in a padded room. I like to use gouache paint like watercolor. There is something about the way it handles that is a nice change from watercolor.

House with the red roof

Corn fields that glisten in the sunlight. Old Farm houses sitting at the base of huge rolling hills. Clouds roll over changing warm sunlight to cool shadows. Lots to watercolor here in Central New York.

Flash in the Stream

Here is a gouache painting of Flash our golden retriever in a stream. He loves the water.
